MEDITATION is an art by which you can re-master your breath, relax your body, still your emotions and calm your mind. Through meditation you can release yourself from stress conflict and the storms of life, to enter the centre of calm and tranquility that lies within.
 
 
In class, meditation is generally practiced in a comfortable seated position, so as to remain awake in a state of relaxed alertness.You will be guided through a series of gentle techniques which will allow you to switch off from the external world and the busy-ness of your mind.
 
Meditation is a deeply personal experience that can take many forms, but ultimately all lead to a deeper knowledge of the self.
