Ladies and men of all ages are welcome.

Please note:
The running of classes is dependent upon adequate numbers of participants, so it is therefore required to book in advance.
Places are limited, please book your place early to avoid disappointment.

Enrolment and payment in full before the first class.
We regret we cannot offer discount to anyone unable to attend all classes in a course, however you are more than welcome to make up for any missed classes at another venue.

BE PREPARED..............

Try to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled class time, for your own sake as well as in consideration of others. The beginning of the class is important as this is where we tune inwards, allowing us to receive the full benefit of the practice.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
  1. Loose stretchable pants and layered clothing is required for your comfort. Natural fabrics are more breathable. (Never wear jeans or trousers & belt, they will completely restrict your movement).
  2. Ladies may be more comfortable wearing a sports bra.
  3. Yoga, Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung are performed with bare feet. Do not wear socks or tights as you may slip but please do bring socks for the relaxation and meditation elements of the class.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
  1. A yoga mat is required
  2. A cushion for meditation, for your comfort
  3. A small blanket or shawl for relaxation/meditation
  4. You may wish to bring your own water

Please note that certain medical conditions may preclude you from practicing certain exercises. We ask that you advise the instructor in advance of booking your place, if you have any physical or psychological conditions or if you are pregnant. This does not necessarily mean that you cannot participate completely, but a doctor's letter may be required and certain movements may need to be avoided. You will be asked to sign an enrolment agreement upon commencement of any classes.

Classes are suitable for ladies and men of all ages. All classes are non-competitive and are designed to include various levels of fitness.
Beginners as well as more long-term practitioners are welcome. Practicing together, each individual flows with his or her own unique body rythmn, encouraged by the energy of the group.
By allowing yourself to tune inward with awareness, you will learn to be present in the moment, taking time-out from the busy-ness and storms of life to develop a deeper understanding of your body, mind and soul.

If you would like to organise training, workshops or retreats for your group or organisation please contact us.
