My background is in Holistic Healing having worked for over 13 years in the industry. I have lived and worked in the U.K., Greece and in Ireland enjoying six memorable years as Spa Manager of SAMAS Deluxe Destination Spa at the beautiful Park Hotel Kenmare.
Over the past 10 years I have been studying, training and teaching in the arts of
Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation and Ling Chi Healing Art with Hong Kong born Spiritual Teacher and Author Jason Chan. My love of Yoga led me to India - The home of Yoga - to train in the traditional path of Siva Raja Yoga under the enlightened guidance of my guru Swami Santhiprasad. I return each year to deepen into my own practice and continued learning of this ancient art.
I offer classes/workshops in Raja Yoga and Infinite Tai Chi & Chi Kung.
In addition I offer One-To-One Yoga Therapy and Natural Healing Therapies, utilising Energy Healing and the abundant power of Nature to assist others in restoring health, balance and wellbeing naturally.
My passion is to share the wisdom of these timeless ancient arts with those who are ready to create vibrant health and wellbeing, to make lasting positive life-changes, and to those who aspire to living life to its fullest potential.
